The reconstruction project includes the design of the road (with three traffic lanes in each direction, width from 9.5 to 12 m), parking (2.5 m width and 5.8 m length, and the total number of reconstructed parking spaces is 436), pedestrian paths (variable widths in accordance with the existing condition and fitting into the existing regulation lines and facilities), bicycle paths (2.0 m width), two intersections on the part of Oslobodjenja Boulevard,  from the Railway Station to Futoska Street in the length of approximately 1430 m. Green areas have been arranged on the islands, between the parking lots, and the existing plane tree avenue has been preserved.
