Modernization and expansion of the capacity of UKC Kragujevac
The existing complex of the University Clinical Center Kragujevac consists of several separate buildings from different periods, some of which date back to the 1920s. Current capacities and infrastructure do not meet modern technological and technical requirements, nor the needs of users who use the services of this health center. In order to expand the capacity and improve the functionality, the reconstruction of the existing buildings was necessary, as well as the construction of new ones, which will ensure a more homogeneous architectural and urban ensemble.
New facilities and
infrastructure solutions
The design includes the construction of key buildings to enhance the complex's efficiency and functionality:
Construction of new buildings:
1. New hospital facility (Basement+Ground floor+6+Te)
2. Overground open parking garage (P+4)
3. Gatehouse with canopy
4. Substation

Sustainable development
and technological efficiency
All new and reconstructed facilities are equipped with modern medical equipment and devices adapted to the needs of specific medical services. The operating block contains standard operating rooms, as well as one hybrid room.
The materials used for construction and finishing work meet high standards of energy efficiency and have a minimal impact on the environment. This design enables long-term sustainability and efficiency of the complex, improves the quality of healthcare and creates better conditions for patients and staff.
The design for UKC Kragujevac represents a key step in the modernization of the Serbian healthcare system, providing modern conditions for treatment, work and development of healthcare services.
